DE300 – ANCIENT FOSSILS SOIL CONDITIONER

Our Ancient Fossils – diatomaceous earth soil conditioner is a DE product that has been milled to a

grade that is perfect for conditioning and improving your soil. High in natural plant available silica

this product is great for improving the cell wall strength of your plants, a vital function of plants with

high pest resistance – the stronger the cell walls, the more difficult it is for pests to penetrate. This

grade of diatomaceous earth is also great for improving soil structure, because it is porous in nature it

helps improve drainage in the soil, perfect for heavy clay soils where waterlogging is an issue.

Suitable for all stages of plant growth & soil types, can be used for vegetable gardens, orchards,

ornamentals and pasture management. Should be used in a biologically active soil to improve the

plant available silica uptake. We recommend ActivFert Soil-Life as a great soil biological inoculant

for all soil types and applications.

Application rates:

Vegetable Gardens: 2-3 handfuls per square meter

Orchards: 2-3 handfuls around the dripline of the tree

Pastures 25-50kg per hectare
